SPRING SEASON HAUL

Hello my lovelies! I hope you all had a great Easter/Spring Break/week in general and I am back with a haul. It's pretty big and I still have a few items I'm still waiting on. Anyways, let's jump into it!

1. Saucony Cohesion 7 (around $50)
Okay, so in case you didn't know, I am a self-proclaimed runner (@Anthearuns on Twitter) and lately, I've been suffering with patellar tendonitis, which is where the tendons by my knees are basically in pain constantly. I think it happened since I torn a ligament in my ankle a while ago and the injury changed my running pattern. My beaten up Saucony Cohesion 6 shoes have served me for a great number of miles, but I got the Cohesion 7 shoes and they are comfy, perfect for running, and reduce the pain in my knees tremendously.

2. Loreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara in Black (around $6)
I have used the Loreal Voluminous mascara for about a year and I've loved it! However, I decided it was time to try the upgraded version and I picked this one out. The wand is definitely unique and I find that the longer side is perfect for layering and declumping, while the short side is good for coating bottom lashes evenly. I have the waterproof version and it is, indeed, waterproof, but still smudges a bit throughout the day.

3. Blackhawks Baseball Cap ($18)
In case you didn't know, I'm a pretty big Blackhawks fan and I'm pretty into hockey. I'm also really into this sporty baseball cap trend for summer and I can just picture myself in a bikini and the cap, canoeing or tubing down a river several times this summer. I can wear this cap everywhere, from a casual lunch or a walk through Chicago this fall.

4. Forever 21 Infinity Scarves in Melange Grey and Black ($3 each)
These scarves are so comfy and good for layering. I saw the price and I couldn't pass them up, especially in these two colors that go well with the majority of my closet. They are also the perfect length for two loops, since often infinity scarves are awkward lengths if the store hasn't really designed them right.

5. Forever 21 Tartan Plaid Scarf ($8)
I've wanted a Zara plaid blanket scarf ever since last season when it came out,  but I wasn't fond of the $30 price tag that accompanied a piece of large fabric. However, I saw this scarf from the men's store and I decided that there isn't a wrong time to buy a scarf ever. I'm most likely going to school in Chicago this fall and I've already thought of several outfits, using this scarf to keep warm and fashionable.

6. Forever 21 Tribal Fit and Flare Dress ($14)
This dress is such a nice pattern with the tribal vibes happening and the color scheme works well on basically everyone. This dress comes with a skinny belt, so an instant outfit is already prete-a-port in your wardrobe! It also has thicker straps (appropriate for school!) so I know I can wear it to school, without worry.

7. Forever 21 Textured Fit and Flare Dress ($15)
Since I've been planning my graduation and senior recital plans for a while, I know that I need a graduation dress. It has to be classy yet edgy, and one last hurrah to end this whole high school experience. This is a perfect red color and the texture makes it more interesting than the average fit and flare dress. I'm excited to wear this in about a month and I know it'll be perfect for future events too.

8. Forever 21 Sunglasses
These are round and super cool. I know they'll be perfect for Lollapalooza and just hanging out this summer.

9. Forever 21 Black V Neck
This is just a plain black V neck tee for everyday occasions and can be dressed up or down for any outfit. It's really comfy and I think I'm going to pair it with some flowy shorts or a skirt or boyfriend jeans. (*speaking of boyfriend jeans, my friend just got a pair of Girlfriend jeans from H&M, which are more fitted and flattering boyfriend jeans and they are so stylish!)

Forever 21 Haul

Hi lovelies! I'm sorry I haven't been on for a while; school is kicking my butt. But I did order some things from Forever 21 so at least I could look cute while hating school. Let's get into it!
I also apologize for no pictures! I thought I had posted them with the post but somehow they got deleted. All of these pictures are from the actual Forever 21 website, because I don't have my pictures anymore.
1. Domed Stud Earrings ($2.80)
This is just two pairs of domed stud earrings. I've been looking for a pair of earrings like this forever, but I can't bring myself to buy expensive ones because I lose earrings like it's my job. There's a gold pair and then a more gold pair (the picture shows silver ones, but mine are a gold)

2. Indigo Skinny Jeans (ONLY $7.80!?!!)
I apologize for the excessive punctuation except when have you seen jeans that are decent-ish quality for under $10? I had to hop on this deal and the last pair of jeans I bought from F21 have lasted literally forever, so I guess the quality's gone up.

3. Black Skinny Jeans ($10.80)
It's frustrating when you have straight leg jeans, but they're too baggy to tuck into boots and such, so I picked up a pair of just normal black skinnies. And I feel that black skinnies always make an outfit more chic, even for a jeans and t-shirt outfit.

4. Black and Pink Polka Dot Dress ($12.80)
This dress is so cute and effortless with the cap sleeves and pink polka dots. And yes, I just realized that the majority of clothes I got are black. This one is a fit and flare (I think?) and it's super flattering, especially if you want to show off a flat stomach or something.

5. Black Lace Dress ($19.80)
This dress is the whole reason I started this purchase, but oh my, I love it. It's a three-quarter length sheer sleeve with a slip underneath the dress part, but it's so form-fitting and slims you instantly. I can't wait to wear this dress places and add statement necklaces or neon shoes for a pop of color with this. And did I mention? It's uber comfy.

6. Floral Dress ($19.80)
This dress is from Love21, which I guess isn't the same as Forever 21. It's a little big, even though I got a small, but it did say something about ordering a size down. I'm not super skinny so I decided a small would still be a safe bet. This dress has bright pink flowers and green leaves and I'm going to wear it in a few days for our school's Hawaiian day with some strappy sandals. It's just so fun and it's got cute button detailing going down the front, with a slight drop-waist trend happening. It also has a ruffled hemline which makes it look Brandy Melville-esque. Good for you Forever 21.

7. Floral Dress with Polka Dots (FREE what)
I got this dress for free since there was a BOGO deal happening in Forever 21's clearance. Except the dress I got was $19.80 so I'm not sure that it was even a great deal. Anyways, this dress combines two of my favorite patterns into one cute slip dress with a super complicated, Brandy Melville worthy back. It's going to look so cute with a belt and a cardigan and some booties for the fall and I'm so excited!

Okay that's the end of my haul. If you were wondering, I'm 5'7'' and I wear a 27 in pants and a small in dresses/tops. All of the dresses in this haul were Small and the pants were both 27. I paid for all of this with my money (which took a lot of thought for a high schooler making barely more than minimum wage). I'll probably make a fall lookbook with these clothes once it gets a little cooler outside/when this cute pair of flats I ordered come in. Gracias muchachas and have a great day.

FOREVER 21 HAUL

Hi babes, I hope you're all excited that finals (or not, if you're on trimesters like moi) are OVER! I'm pretty sure happiness was actually radiating off of me today when school ended. Anyways, yesterday I got a pretty yellow package on my doorstep so let's haul it out!

1. Flower Power studs ($4.80)
Okay there's a reason why my blog is about "flower children", and it's not just because I'm a wannabe hipster. P.S. Sorry for naked nails, my bare nails haven't seen the sun for weeks.

2. Fit and Flare dress ($12.80, black)
so I actually lost weight this year and this dress makes me look actually pretty good which blew my mind. I recommend every girl has one (nice fitting dress) in their closet.

3. Everyday V neck Cardigan ($8.80, black)
comfy cardigan lyfe

4. Everyday Skinny Jeans ($7.80)
I wore these today and they're like high-waisted, super comfy leggings. They honestly don't feel like jeans.

5. Chilly Days Infinity Scarf ($7, navy)
warm warm warm

6. Everyday Baseball Shirt ($6.80, black sleeves with white)
I just needed a baseball shirt

Also in case you wanted to know, I wear a size SMALL and I'm 26/27 in pants. I'm  5'7" in case you're wondering about my proportions. So yeah.
And someone super sweet (like cotton candy) brought me a goodie from Ulta as a gift. Gracias girl!

It's a set of 6 mini Benefit lip glosses which smell like peach smoothies. The colors are A-Lister (peachy pink), Fauxmance (mauve, literally my favorite lip color besides red), Icebreaker (clear), Kiss You (dark lilac), Lollibop (bubblegum pink), and Poutrageous (coral).
